We're closing the doors on December 31.

Hey, it's Steve.

I'm going to tell you straight, because you've bought from us for years and you deserve the real version.

Our card processor gave us a choice this week: pull every THC product off the site right now, or keep selling the way we always have and lose card processing on November 30. I picked you. We're selling everything we make, at the lowest prices we run, through the end of the month.

Here are the dates, and they're ours, not the lawyers':

• Through Nov 30, 11:59 PM ET: we take cards like normal.
• Dec 1 to Dec 10: THC orders by check, wire, or money order only. Existing customers only. I'll send the how-to.
• Dec 10: last day we sell THC products.
• Dec 31: we close the Louisville facility.

After that, the plan is to reopen in early 2027 in a commercial kitchen with a reformulated, retested line. That's the plan. I can't promise it.

So this is last call, and I mean it kindly: if there's something you reorder from us, buy it now, while we can still take a card and still ship it.

Here's how it works. If your order comes to $300 or more after the discount, before shipping and tax, one piece goes in the box for free. Write your size and your pick (shirt, hat, or bottle) in the order notes. If you don't, we choose for you.

It's first come, first served. When they're gone, they're gone.

The 30% off is automatic at checkout and runs until 3:00 AM ET on Wednesday, Nov 25. Black Friday starts early that morning at 50% off, and the merch keeps going while the pieces last.

15 days left to use a card.

Here's the plain version of the card situation.

Our card processor told us this month that their service to us ends on November 30. That's their date. I can't move it. So Nov 30 is the last day we take a card.

Starting Dec 1, the only way to order is check, wire, or money order, and for THC products that's for existing customers only. I'll send the how-to on Dec 1.

Two things today.

First, the price. The 30% off ends at 3:00 AM ET on Wednesday, Nov 25. Black Friday starts right then at 50% off and runs through 11:59 PM ET Monday, Nov 30.

Second, how December works, so nobody is guessing later.

• Cards stop after Nov 30.
• From Dec 1, you order by check, wire, or money order.
• For THC products, that's existing customers only, at 40% off, through Dec 10.
• Orders ship Tuesdays and Fridays in December. It's a small crew.
